Drug Screens Plus provides Model Programs for employers regulated by:

FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration)
FAA (Federal Aviation Administration)
FTA (Federal Transit Administration)
PHMSA (Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration)
USCG (U.S. Coast Guard)

How do I get a FMCSA, FAA, FTA, PHMSA, or USCG Model Program? 
Enroll in a Drug Screens Plus testing program.

If your company is already enrolled in one of our DOT programs (e.g., FMCSA)
and you would like to add a DFWP program for your non-regulated employees,
OR if you need to update an outdated program (e.g., an Effective Date < 2001),
additional programs or updates are available for only $125.
